What's included in the HOA?
Can I rent my apartment or put it on airbnb?
You may rent your apartment. A $500 annual fee will be assessed for all rental units. Any unit owner leasing his or her condominium must deliver a copy of the lease to the Association not later then thirty (30) days before occupancy, or as soon as a lease is signed, whichever occurs first. You may not put your apartment on airbnb.
Am I allowed a pet?
Pets are the responsibility of their owners. Unit owners may have pets as allowed by the bylaws, but must provide the Association with evidence of homeowner/ condominium or apartment insurance with specific pet liability coverage of at least $50,000.

In the event of an "accident" caused by a pet, the homeowner is responsible for cleanup of any waste material and must notify management to address the soil stains. Failure to do so will result in a $300 fine and the cost of clean-up or replacement.
